Q. How do I
setup my email account using Outlook Express?
A. Step 1, open Outlook Express.
Step 2, click on Tools on
the top toolbar.
Step 3, click on Accounts, the on the top tabs,
click Mail, then click add
on right hand side of screen, click mail again.
Step 4, type in your name as you want other people to see it,
ie; John Doe
Family, select next.
Step 5, the email address as given by your internet
provider, ie;
cornerstonecomp@dtnspeed.net,
select next.
Step 6, next will be your incoming mail
server, if you have TRV internet this is
pop3.trvnet.net, if you have
NCN, it is pop3.ncn.net. This should be
something you verify with
your internet provider.
Step 7, now we need to
put in the outgoing mail
server, type smtp.trvnet.net for TRV and
smtp.ncn.net, for NCN
internet. This is also to be checked with
your provider, select next.
Step 8, type your username (not your email), and
then type in your
password, select next. Now click finish,
you should be ready to send
and receive!
Q. How do I setup my
dial-up account?
A. If you have TRV dial-up

If you have NCN
dial-up refer to:

For other dial-up accounts please refer to your
provider.
Q. How do I change my
homepage when using Internet Explorer?
A. First open Internet Explorer
Second go to Tools,
then choose Internet Options.
Third on the General
tab, in the Home Page box type the web-site you
want for your home page.

anti-virus program?
A. Most anti-virus software have
weekly virus updates available included
in the subscription. Please check your
software for updates via the web.
